Legal
Terms of service
Last updated October 2026
The agreement between you and HealthDost when you use it, in plain language.
These terms are awaiting legal review, including governing law and a formal grievance contact.
What HealthDost is
HealthDost organises your health records and explains them with the help of AI. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it does not replace a doctor. Read the medical disclaimer before relying on anything it says.
Your part
- Give accurate account details and keep your password to yourself.
- Upload only documents you have the right to keep — your own, or those of someone who has asked you to manage their records.
- Check what HealthDost read from a document against the original, and correct anything wrong.
- Make decisions about your care with a qualified healthcare professional.
Your records stay yours
You own what you upload. You give HealthDost permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
Availability
We work to keep HealthDost available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change as the product develops. Keep the original copies of important documents.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law.
